The ascent starts from Bantak Banteng Village by passing a concrete ladder called Ondo Sewu or a thousand steps towards Pos 1 called Pos Sikudewo. However, do not worry, this path has a lot of traces of climbers who will help the climbers to Pos 3. In addition, the trip to Pos 3 is very enjoyable because the weather is very cool. You can also watch the sunset on the way if the day has gone dusk. Arriving at Post 3 is you can fill the stomach and rest again before heading to Puncak.
